Waylands Volvo Gloucester were great because Oliver the sales person. Was excellent, Friendly attitude, not pushy always ready to advise if needed. Explained everything whilst we were going through paperwork. Really polite and friendly, helpful personnel in the Showroom.

My experience at Waylands Volvo Gloucester could have been better because if I ask someone to call me back, or I’m told a specific person will call me back, or a specific person tells me they will call me back, then I expect to be called back.
